After a long searching we managed to find a landed property in Szomolya, which was good both for carving cellars and building a vine-producing hall and a another one for storing the machines. There was a  cottage there with local proctecion status which is also very important.  The buildig itself was restored and in  the beginning we received our guests in  the tasting room there.

       The investment of cellar carving started in 2003 had been finished by the autumn of 2005 and these days the ageing and the storing of wines takes place in a 240 metres long, 4500 cubic meter of air, containing five cellar branches underground cellar system. The size of the cellar makes placing possible not only oak barrels but 100 hl stainless steel containers as well.  The storage capacity of our winery is 450 000 litres these days. The total liquid measure of the stainless steel containers is 260 000 litre while the oak barrels’ liquid measure reaches 190 000 litres.

In  the cellar system there is our tasting room which seats 80 people. In  the hall built in front of the cellars we can store the wines, there is the possibility for vinification and last but not least here is our bottling workshop  and  at our guests own pleasure the washroom too.

The ageing of wines in  the case of white wines takes place in traditional barrels while in  the case of red wines we use barrique and traditional oak barrels.
